Shipping & Orders

Q: Where do you ship? A: We currently send happy mail all across Canada and to the United States. We hope to bring a tiny dose of magic to more locations soon!

Q: How much does shipping cost? A: Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

Canadian Friends: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $65 CAD

US Friends: Please note that applicable tariffs and duties will be calculated and applied at checkout.

Q: Do you offer local delivery? A: Yes! If you are located within the Greater Vancouver area, we offer a local delivery option. You can select this at checkout to skip the shipping wait.

Q: How long will it take to get my order? A: To ensure your treats are plushie-perfect and fresh, everything at Tiny Treato is made to order. Currently, our processing time is about 4–6 days before your order ships.

Once it leaves our studio, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey home. Thank you for your patience while we bake something special for you!
